We do not provide refunds. However, we do offer replacements for products that are damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to request a replacement.
To request a replacement, please get in touch with us at ayaatjewels@gmail.com. We will work with you to ensure that the replacement product is shipped to you as quickly as possible. Please note that replacements are subject to availability.
If a replacement product is unavailable, we will issue a refund to you in the form of store credit. Store credit can be used towards future purchases on our website.
Please be aware that our refund policy only applies to products that are damaged or defective. We are not able to offer refunds or replacements for products that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please record a video during inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Replacement
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the replacement was approved or not. If approved, we’ll ship your order to the previous shipping address that you entered during the purchase.
